New voices in our faculty work groups! Laura Mercer has been promoted to Clinical Assistant Professor (MIDW) to represent Midwifery in the Departmental of Family Practice Clinical Faculty Appointment and Promotions Committee (DCFAPC).
The DCFAPC meets two or three times a year. It depends on the number of applications received. The members review applications for promotion to assistant professor. (Instructors are appointed by the Midwifery Director without full review since most of them are new to teaching.) The members meet via Zoom and are compensated under the CF Compensation Terms Designated Committees. Also Attached is the DCFAPC Terms of Reference for more information.
